RizTech Academy has no ads and nothing to sell. It exists to help people learn to build software well, and to give capable people the fair start they deserve.

Beyond the courses, a remote internship for selected students each year, with structured mentoring and code review — not just videos to watch alone.

The courses are open to everyone. The mentorship and internship programme is different — it's selective. I take a limited number of students on a remote six-month internship and mentor them personally, because I'm the only one doing it. They build real projects with code reviews on everything they submit.
I also mentor founders and small businesses — sharing my 13+ years of engineering experience to point them in the right technical direction. It's guidance, offered as part of the initiative, not a paid development service.

No. Every course is open, with no sign-up, no email wall, no ads and no payment at any point. I made them that way on purpose. I have spent 13+ years as a software engineer, and most of what I know came from people who explained things to me when they had no particular reason to. Good training in India is often either expensive or hard to find, so plenty of capable people never get a fair start. These courses are how I pass on what I learned and give that start back — it is a personal give-back initiative, not a business, and it will stay open.
