How much do your working hours overlap with ours?+
More than most people expect. We share roughly 8 hours of the working day with the UK and Europe, and about 4 hours with the US — an afternoon-to-evening window for you, a morning window for us. The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar overlap with almost our entire day, and Australia shares a comfortable afternoon. In every case there is a live window for calls, and anything you brief at the end of your day is progressing while you sleep.
What does a startup MVP cost with your team?+
Most MVPs land between $8,000 and $35,000 depending on scope, versus $50,000–$200,000 from a US or UK agency. The biggest cost driver is how many distinct workflows the product has, so we always start by helping you cut scope to what actually tests your assumption.
Do we own the code and intellectual property?+
Yes, entirely. We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive, and the contract includes an explicit IP assignment clause. Source code, design files, domain, hosting, and third-party accounts are all transferred to you. There is no lock-in.
Can we start small before committing a full budget?+
Yes, and we recommend it. A small paid pilot — a first screen, a working integration, a design sprint — lets you evaluate our communication and code quality on real work. Most clients who start this way go on to the full project, and the ones who do not have lost very little.
How do we pay from outside India?+
International bank transfer (SWIFT), Wise, or Payoneer all work well, and we quote in USD, GBP, EUR, AED, SAR, QAR, AUD, CAD, or INR. Payment is milestone-based against deliverables — never the full amount upfront.
What if we already have a product and need help?+
That is common. We take over existing codebases, fix and modernise what is there, add features, or provide ongoing maintenance. We start with a short review of the current code so our recommendation is based on what actually exists rather than assumptions.
